This site was created by John Kiel, a commercial lease holder at 220 E 19th St, Minneapolis, MN 55403. It is not affiliated with building management in any way. Here is how I handle the information you share with me.

What I collect

When you fill out the interest form, I collect your name, email address, unit number, and your answers to the questions on the form.

What I do with it

Your information is used to coordinate with other interested residents — to follow up with you about the association and to understand how many neighbors want to be involved. That is the only purpose.

What I don't do with it

I will not share your information with building management, the property owner, or anyone else. The whole point of this association is that residents have space to organize on their own terms, without management involvement.

I don't sell data. There are no ads on this site. There are no third-party analytics.
